Can infopath export data to an existing spreadsheet?

I am trying to find out if InfoPath can export data into an existing
spreadsheet and append the data to what may already be contained in the
spread sheet. Also can the data be exported without the fields, as the
spreadsheet I am trying to export to will already be setup with the proper
fields.
