I just downloaded IE7 and installed it. I was going to transfer my Outlook
Express 2003 files once I was done. but it seems to have overwritten the
Outlook 2003 files. Is there any way to get them back, like the address book
and all messages are gone...please help

Your post makes no sense. Installing IE7 won't affect Outlook and there is
no such product as "Outlook Express 2003".
