Andrew

Hello Everyone,

I have production environment with SharePoint 2003, WSS 2.0, Project Server
2003 with SQL 2000 Database installed on the same BOX. My project server
is integrated with WSS.

I have the Following database.

For SharePoint 2003 sp 2 and WSS 2.0 sp2.
Server_Config
Server_Site
Server_Prof
Server_Serv

For Project Server 2003 sp 2a

Server _ProSer

Whenever i want to access Sharepoint 2003 I will go with
http://servername/sites (port 80) and for Projectserver 2003
http://servername/pwa (Port 80).

Now, my question is, i want to have the same default port 80 as per my
existiing setup.

Can it be possible to gradually upgrade sharePoint 2003 to MOSS 2007 with
80 like http://newservername. If yes, can i also have the Project server
2007
installed on the same port like http://newservername/projectserver.

Can you please let me know how should proceed further. please help me
Thanks in advance.

Andrew.

Andrew,

"Can it be possible to gradually upgrade sharePoint 2003 to MOSS 2007 with
80 like http://newservername."
This means you intend to install WSSv2 on a new server, restore your
database to this server and then upgrade to WSSv3/MOSS, right? If so, this
is possible.

"If yes, can i also have the Project server 2007 installed on the same port
like http://newservername/projectserver."
Yes, this will also work.

Hope this answers your questions.
