I just got an inquiry from a co-worker on something that I don't think is
possible but I'm asking to make sure I give the right answer.
My co-worker in the advertising dept has put together some PowerPoint 2007
templates for her dept to use. They do use the templates but she finds that
they sometimes "mess up" the templates.
For example, 1) type too much in the Title placeholder and the text becomes
too small 2) placeholders are moved
The question: she wants to know if the placeholders can be locked down or
the template can be locked down so the users don't change these things. She
wants to lock things down like she does in Excel. Is there any way to lock
down layouts or placeholders? As far as I know, no but maybe this is possible.
Any information related to this would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
