Can mail be sent to speficied folder?

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I've created a folder for a specific email address and I'd like all mail from that address to be sent to that folder. How do I do that?? Thanks!

Create a rule that says
If From Is <specific email address>
Then Move message to <special folder>
