I HAVE THREE EMAIL ADDRESSES MESSAGES COME IN AND BASED ON RULES GO TO THE
INBOX OF ONE OF THEM
RECENTLY THERE WAS AN ID/PASSWORD PROBLEM ON ONE OF THESE. IS IT POSSIBLE
TO JUST SEE A LIST OF MESSAGES THAT MAY HAVE COME IN TO THIS ADDRESS, EVEN IF
THEY CANNOT BE OPENED?

THANK YOU

Your keyboard seems to be broken and the Caps key is stick.

Before you can receive messages, you must supply valid credentials to the mail
server. If you don't you cannot receive the messages so how could you have
gotten any while you were having the password problem?

If you did receive messages and cannot read them, how why do you believe it is
the result of a password problem? Outlook doesn't need passwords to read
messages you've moved to local folders.
