I installed Microsoft Project Server, set up all the resources and
permissions without a hiccup. My problem is, I have more than one Project
Manager in my department. Yesterday I was able to open Microsoft Project
Professional 2003, connect to the Project Web Access able to download the
updates that were sent from Project Web Access and able to collaborate as
well. When I was testing things, I had another Project Manager, let's call
him Tom open Microsoft Project Professional 2003 and asked him to log in on
the web to try and download updates, collaborate and publish. He was not
able to do this because whenever somebody sends an update from Web Access it
is directed towards me (Brett), the owner of the project and not Tom. Tom
had the Project checked out to him and I was not even logged in to the
system. What's going on here? I thought he would be able to do the same
things as me as a Project Manager if he logged in with the project checked
out...he's a project manager too! How can I fix this problem?
