Can more than one person be the owner of a calendar event?

I create meeting events in the calendar and if my boss needs to change the
date or time, he would like to do that on the fly without having to go
through me. Is that possible. Can he change the meeting even though he isn't
the owner?

If he has the proper permissions, yes. Right click on the folder, choose
Properties, then Permissions.
