Can MSAccess be programmed such that a chg to a record send mail?

I'd like to know if a user changes specific fields in a record and have it
automated by receiving email to my Outlook mailbox. Can this be done. Perhaps
there's another way of invoking the detection of changed data in a record -
please disclose in specific terms.

Yes. Create a macro that uses the SendObject action. Others will probably
suggest that VB code be written using Docmd, but I don't know how to do that.
Also, search for the thread SendObject Macro (6/1/06) in this section to see
specific advice.

Dear Cheryl:

Do you want to be able to make changes to a record in the database from
an email that is sent to your Inbox of your Outlook, or do you want to
receive an email anytime a record is changed in the database?
