Can MSN folders start expanded?

I set up MSN and Gmail in Outlook 2002. My Gmail account is under Outlook
Today and my MSN account has its own set of folders. My question is, when I
open Outlook, Gmail (Outlook Today) shows all of the folders expanded. My MSN
however just shows MSN and I have to click on the + sign to view all the
folders. Is there a way to have both accounts open with all of the folders
showing? Thanks.
