Can my user upload a very large file?

I have a customer with a few files that are so large that even zipped they
cannot be emailed to me. I use FrontPage 2002 and have massive storage
available. Can I make a method for the user to upload his large zipped file
to my web page? I can then pull it down to my computer. I cannot find a
way in the various manuals I have. Any help? TIA, Paul

If your site uses FrontPage extensions, and your host allows uploads, you
could use the upload file form field. However, this may be limited to files
less than 1MB is size.
The alternative is to use a subweb and set up an FTP account for your
customer that is limited to the subweb.
Another way is to use Live Mesh
(https://www.mesh.com/welcome/default.aspx ) - note that this is in Beta.

Thanks, Ron. That live mesh sounds promising. No FrontPage needed. Or is
that an option?

I've tried to use the upload file form field. But the properties of the new
folder has the 3 check-box fields dimmed out, so I can't click the "allow
anonymous upload to this directory" to turn it on. FrontPage 2002 bug?

Even if this is limited to small files, I can use the ability elsewhere - to
let users upload pictures, for example.

In folder properties clear the box labeled "Allow scripts to run", then the
other checkboxes should be accessible.

Live Mesh does not require FrontPage - it's a standalone program and
service.
