Can no longer print completed forms

For several weeks we have had no trouble printing or emailing completed
forms. Today it stopped working. The printers (and we each use our own)
just shoots out a blank page. My first thought was that one of the
users had gone in and changed something in permissions but when I
checked, everything there was okay. We can still use the button on the
form to dump the collected data into the database, but the actual forms
are used for a different purpose and are very much needed. Has anyone
else had this problem where a previously working function (like print
or emailing as an attachment? Both of these worked on Friday, but would
not work when we tried to use them today (Monday). We are not using
views at this point as they haven't been needed. We are using shared
folders on a network. We do not have Sharepoint.

Yes the printers work for everything else. Needed to come up with a
solution today so what I did was build a new form with a query off the
database and told the users to use the query form to pull the
information out instead of trying to print the data entry form. The
query form prints just fine and we can email it to the supervisor
without problems.

I'm not sure but I suspect what happened is that instead of hitting the
send button, while getting ready to email in the form at the end of
day, one of the users hit the submit button which screwed everything
up. When I asked my "suspect" about it (I have one very computer
illiterate user), she admitted that she had clicked on the wrong button
and that's when everything went haywire but she was afraid to tell me.
Today I made sure to show her exactly what to do (and what NOT to do)
in the future.

Now the question is why would clicking the submit button mess up
everyone's ability to email and print? And how do I fix it so my dear
users can't screw it up again accidently?

Curious -- can you still print from other applications on the same

computer? What about from other InfoPath forms?

I'm thinking of cutting off her fingers...but my boss might have a
problem with that.

I will be getting with some of the power users next week on an
individual basis and see if we can re-create the problem and figure out
what on earth she did. She says she doesn't remember. I'll let you
know if we figure it out.
