Can noit receive emails in Outlook 2003

[Tazz]

Had Outlook 2003 on my laptop and had to do a system restore.

Loaded it up again and can not recceive emails.


EVerytime I hit the Send/receive button in the tool bar I get

"You dont have the appropriate permission to perform this operation."


However.

When I generate and email and go to TOOLS/SEN/RECEIVE and SEND ALL


It will SEND the email

ALSO

When I go to email acccounts and check the incoming and outgoing..
Doing a test....

It works properly and I get all the 'CHECKS"

Saying everythinng looks good.
