can not access email

I can't access my hotmail in Outlook, nor OE but can in mailwasher!

yes - same server (hotmail http), same username (full email address), same
password.

What is the error message you get?

FWIW, HTTP access will be ending and replaced by what they call 'Delta
Sync'. This new method is supported by the outlook connector and includes
calendar and contacts, not just mail.

Outlook and OE keep asking me for the username and password. Worked fine
until I reinstalled last week.

What is the error message you get?
