Can not access Send To Mail Recipient (As Attachment) Function in

Hi Everyone,

I have a problem with Office 2002 on Windows 2003 Server with Terminal Server.

Most of our users are unable to access the function to Send To Mail
Recipient (As Attachment) or Send To Exchange Folder in both Word and Excel.
They can access the Send To Mail Recipient option though.

One of our Administrator's is able to do so however while I (an
administrator as well) cannot.

I have removed the Admin's profile and had him log in again - he then
received the default profile and was still able to do the above functions.
This suggests (to me) that it was not an Outlook or Word or Excel setting.
Group policy is applied to the server so it shouldn't be this either...

I am pretty sure it is a security permission but am unable to nail it down -
can anyone please help?
