Can not add resource to Admin Project

I need to add an Enterprise Resource to the Administrative Project where our
non-billable time is recorded (vacation, holiday).

Im in MS Project 2003, connected to the MS Project Server.
I opened the Enterprise Admin Project then Clicked on "Build Team from
Project Server..."

In the right hand listbox (Enterprise Resource), I can see the resource
(John Doe), but it is greyed out.
I cannot add him as a Team Resource.

How can I "ungrey" him?

(For Reference I am using "Managing Enterprise Projects" page 63 "Building a
Team".

First make sure that the resource has not already been added - View>Resource
Sheet

Renee:

Resource appear grayed out for two reasons: 1) You don't have sufficient
permissions to use the resource or the build team feature or both. 2) The
team member is already assigned to the project team.

&#$%@@ - Some days are just not good.

I checked my permissions all were fine.
So then I added other resources and then I finally GOT IT.

In the listbox for the Team Resources and in the Project for the Resources
all the names were in alpha order, by first name.

As I added more resources (and they greyed out on the Right hand side), I
finally looked at the bottom of the list of resources. All of the greyed out
ones that I had added were there.
