Can not attatch the excel files objects in word

I can not attatch the excel files objects in word.The error message is blow.
This object was created in Excel.
This application is not avaible to open this object.
Make sure the application is properly installed and that is have not been
deleted,moved, or renamed.

I uninstalled and reinstall office2003,but can not resolve.Is there anyone
can help me?

Most commonly, this problem is caused by a third-party (not Microsoft)
application, such as anti-virus software. I think the Norton thing for Office
anti-virus was one that did this, but it's been a while since I've seen this
question last so I may not be remembering correctly.
