can not browse network from inside outlook

I have recently installed outlook 2003 on 2 computers with xp pro sp2. For
some reason they can not see the domain when i try to browse to a network
mplace to create their archive folders. No other machines with outlook 2003
have this issue and some do have SP2 for windows XP. Thoughts?
