Can not chnage my .OST File After HD Crash

I had a HD crash and restored all my data files. However I
put the files on a differnt partition. Now I can not
change the .OST file and I get an error everytime the
systems re-starts.

I tried chaning it by goint thrhoug: Tools > Email Accounts

View or change... > Change > More Settings > Advanced Tab
Offline Folder File Settings

But get an error when I try to click on it telling me the
file could not be configured.

I just want to create a new .OST file or redirect it to the
location of the recovered file.

Any sussgestions?

How do I disable the OST this since I can't even choose the
setting the settings?

Can you click on Disable Offline Use in the Advanced tab, offline folder
settings button? Is the disable offline use button available? Once you do
that, you can create a new OST file....
