Can not connect MS Project Server 2007 with MS Project Professiona

I am install Windows Server 2003 with SP1
IIS , Dot Net Framework 3.0 , VS 2005 with frame work 2.0,SQL Sever 2005
with Reporting services, SharePoint Services 3.0 and Install MS Project server
then at Last I install MS Project Professional 2007
I create the Project On MS project Professional 2007
Then Save that and when i go to Collaborate Tab then its Disable
How i can enable this tab??
