Can not connect to web

I have a client on dial-up that uses AOL for her internet connection. We
recently upgraded her FP from 2000 - 2003, no problems with the upgrade. I
tried to connect to her domain but FP would never connect and never time out
or give any error message. Her site is hosted with GODaddy. I have no
problems logging in to her site using FP2003 with Comcast Internet connection.

Make sure FP 2003 is granted internet access in her firewall.

The firewall was not blocking her connection. I'm pulling hair out trying to
figure out why she can not connect. I'm beginning to suspect that either AOL
or McAffee Virus software is doing something to prevent her to connect.

I'm at wits end with this.. Any help or ideas would be great. I'm almost
tempted to reinstall everything..and start fresh.
