I am having an issue with a user unable to create new calendar entries in MS
Outlook. If she clicks on New - Appointment, or double clicks on a time slot
in the calendar, notning happens.
Here's what I've tried so far:
Launched Outlook with /cleanprofile, /cleanreminder and /clenafreebusy
switches to no avail. Recreted the users Outlook profile to no avail. User is
on MS Outlook 2003, Windows XP and her milbox is on a 2003 Exchange Server.
I got the user to access her mailbox through Outlook web access and she has
no issues updating here calendar here. So it looks like an issue with either
Outlook on her system on her windows profile.
Has anyone seen this issue before and knows a quick fix. The reason I ask is
that the user is in a satellite office and reinstalling Outlook or creating a
new Windows profile, which would be my next steps would be a bit tricky for
me to do.
Any feedback on this is much appreicated.
Thanks in advance,
Will.
