I have a user who is trying to create a new entry in a
Contact folder that she has been delegated access to.
There are over 2000 entries in this Contact folder. When
she tries to add a Contact, Outlook 2003 hangs. If she
tries to create a Contact in her Contact folder, then she
has no issues.
My initial though is that this could be a Forms cache
issue but that would mean that Outlook 2003 would use a
different cache for delegated vs. user folders, which
seems unlikely to me.
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance.
