Can not create Web Application,Search Server /MSProject Server 200

Hi everyone, I recently installed Project Server 2007 SP1 Spanish on a
Windows Server 2008 with Sql Server 2008

Can not create Web Application or Can not create Search Server, for both
the following message is displayed on screen: Ya se ha agregado el elemento.
Clave en el diccionario: '217' Clave agregada: '217'

translation would be something like "element already added. key on
dictionary: '217' key added: '217'"

Uninstall of MSProject Server 2007 crashes
Repair of MSProject Server 2007 has made no difference
