can not delete recurring reminder

I constantly get an automatic recurring reminder for an appoinment that was
deleted. When I try to delete the reminder I get an error window that states
"Can not turn off reminder. You may be reminded again. Could not complete
operation. One or more parameter values are invalid." You click on "OK" and
the window closes. Then it starts all over again in 5 minutes. It is driving
me crazy - HELP!

I am using MS Office Outlook 2003

Did you try starting Outlook with the /cleanreminders command switch?

Display your calendar in a table view (recurring is a good one for this) and then look for the recurrence. Highlight it (don't open) and press delete.

Did that already - it wasn't listed. I used Brian Tillman's comand fix of
"Cleanreminders" and everything is good to go now. Thank you!

You're not going to believe this but it's back! Do you have any other
suggestions other than to try the cleanreminders command again

It's still there even after Brian's suggested fix of the "cleanreminders
command" - any more suggestions out there in softwear land? Ahhh!!!!!

I'd create a new PST, if that's what you're using for a data store.

I have the same problem. Tired using the /cleanreminders switch and this did
not work. Any other suggestions?

Thanks,

Create a table view of your calendar containing the Reminder column and group
by that field. See if there's an entry with the title of the reminder. If
so, you should be able to delete it.
