Can not download the latest updates/security files

Friends: Giant fonts (would not get smaller if I choose
the smallest fonts in the view of the IE 6) don't let me
check the "agree" with the conditions to download several
files that my office XP need to upgrade security
measures. Is anyone experiencing anything like this?
