I need help to enable reading pane in Outlook 2007 - it does not allow for
enabl in the view pane ( the option is greyed out)
I have always used the outlook reading pane for reading my email. Last
night I had a windows automatic update and my reading pane is now disabled.
I checked in the "Disabled Items" in Help and found the reading pane had been
disabled. I enabled it there and restarted outlook and then restarted my
computer. Neither fixed the issue. Here is what updated last night:
Update for Windows Vista (KB959108)
Updates for Microsoft Office Access 2007 Help (KB957241)
Update for Windows Vista (KB957321)
Update for Windows Vista (KB959130)
Updates for Microsoft Office Word 2007 Help (KB957252)
Updates for Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 Help (KB957247)
Updates for Microsoft Office Visio 2007 Help (KB957251)
Updates for Microsoft Office Excel 2007 Help (KB957242)
2007 Microsoft Office Suite Service Pack 1 (SP1)
Updates for Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 Help (KB957246)
Windows Update Agent 7.2.6001.788
Thanks for the help.
