Can not find my exchange server

Kathy

I have a client running Outlook 2000 that I can not find
the exchange server to re-create his account.

For some unknown reason his outlook stop working. I
remove this name and tired to re- check this name with
not luck so I delete his account and start over, but now
it keep telling me that it can not find the server or you
have to be connected to the internet.

I have checked the server name and username over and over
again; I am on the internet if you are seeing this
message.

I gave myself locate access to this system and log onto,
checking to see that I have access to my drive, check the
internet connection, and then tried to create a account in
outlook for myself and the same message. "Can not find
server or you have to be connected to the internet"

As administrator I tired everything, Check the IP and
check to make sure the account was logging into the
domain. Remove the account from the domain and back into
the domain. I create accounts all the time of end users
and I am totally lost with this one.

I even tried un-installing Office and installing it back
into the system, with no change.

Please help! Kathy
