Can not find sberet.msi

I need help. My system is not letting me back into my word files. This
happened after an automatic update from MS. I can get into excel, and all
other programs except word. I do not have the original office disks to
reinstall. Older computer and two moves later.

I believe I provided a lengthy reply on your previous post on this
issue in the Word General (word.docmanagement) newsgroup.

Also, you provided a piece of information you didn't mention before,
if it is your Word documents, rather than the Word program, you are
unable to access then I suspect you've encountered a conflict between
Norton AV and Word. In Norton go to the Miscellaneous section and turn
off "Enable Office Plug-in" and see if that resolves the issue.
