can not find Template in Excel 2003 works fine in Excel 2000

I have a template that I created in Excel 2000 that is used to create
invoices then when you save it, it writes specific parts of the invoice to a
Invoice Data Base spreadsheet. It works fine in Excel 2000 but Execl 2003
can not find the template and I can not fined a Template Wizard for 2003,
anyone have any ideas?
