Can NOT find wrkgdmin.exe file in my system

I am running XP pro with Access 2002 and I have search everywhere and
the wrkgdmin.exe is no where to be found. Please advice where I can find
this program. ALso, when I do go into the Access program and try to get
into Tools, Security, the wizard to setup security access is also
disable as well. Please advice.

I believe in Access 2002 it is a menu option somewhere. Try Tools :
Security, or similar.
