can not fix typing errors

T

Terry Moore

I downloaded word 97 from microsoft download center & i'm
having a problem that after I, finish what i've typed, if
I, make an error it won't let me go back and fix it nor
will it let me amend something that I, have typed. Is
there any re-course to this problem. I, am an OEM customer
of microsoft but, I, have windows 98 & they don't give
free info on windows 98 anymore, which I, think is wrong.
Afterall I, have all microsoft products that were pre-
loaded into my computer but, the manufacture from whom I,
brought this computer from is no longer in business. If
anyone can help with this problem it would greatly be
appreciated.

You are a customer of the OEM who licensed the software to you, and you got
the software highly discounted as a result.

I'm not sure what Windows 98 has to do with your problem.
