Can not forward e-mails

I recently had to re-install Outlook XP and now I can't forward e-mails. Here
is the error message I receive, "Your message did not reach some or all of
the intended recipients.

501 5.7.1 This system is not configured to relay mail from
XXXXXXX.com to XXXXXXX.com for 68.208.222.226

Sounds like you're connected to one ISP/network and trying to use the SMTP
(outgoing mail) server from another
