Can Not Get Clip Art from MS Office Web

Can not get clip art from MS Office clip art web site
(office.microsoft,com/clipart. Have tried several things that MS suggested,
but still no clipart. I can see it on the clip art selection tool , but when
I click on the clip art I get "Clip Organizer cannot complete the operation.
Error Code 0x800c0008."

Any suggestions?
