CAN NOT GET STARTED WITH MY OFFICE AND STUDENT,WHY?

I have paid for office home and student, but every time i want to use excell,
word,etc, i keep getting, "office home and student trial expired".What`s
going on? I`VE downloaded it, installed it, configured it, what else do i
have to do?Fed up with the whole thing
