Can not install downloaded updates

Through Auto Updates I have 3 files, KB920103, KB 920907 and KB921566 for
Office Pro 2003. When I attempt to install them all 3 failed. I then d/loaded
Windows Installer 3.1 and got the same result. Does anyone have a clue how I
might correct this and install the updates?

Hi Peter,

Try removing office using windows installer clean up utility and then
install it back.
Also remove office keys under HKLM>software>microsoft>office and
HKCU>software>microsoft>office rename the microsoft office and office update
11, office update 10 folder under c:\program files and reinstall office.
