can not install program

I had a new hard drive put into my computer. I tried to
renstall word 2000 program from the disk supplied when i
purchased my computer. it installs fine but asks for a
product code from the jewel box. the disk came in a white
envelope and has no product code on it. What do I do?

You probably have a Certificate of Authenticity that contains the CD key. Or
it may even be printed on the disk.
