Can not install SP1

I am trying to install Project Server 2007 Microsoft Office Servers SP1
"officeserver2007sp1-kb936984-x86-fullfile-en-us.exe" but it keeps cooming up
with the message "there are no product affected by this package installed on
this system"

This does not make sence at all.

Can some one help.

Prior to the installation, I stopped the World Wide Web Publishing Service
then installed Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 SP1 (32-bit). I followed the
steps provided by

Did you successfully install SP1 for WSS before attempting the Office Server
SP1 install ?
