CAN NOT INSTALL

I CAN NOT INSTALL. WHEN IT GETS TO THE WINDOW THAT ASKS
TO INPUT PRODUCT NUMBER, I DO AND THEN IT SAYS IT CAN NOT
FIND IT. SO I CLICK TO THE D DRIVE, WHERE THE CD IS AND
AN ERROR CODE COMES UP AND SAYS THE PRODUCT DOES NOT
MATCH.

Make sure you're using the CD key for Office/Word and not for Windows. If
you got Word as part of Works Suite, that's the key you need.
