Can not load add-in (from Google Desktop Search) on Start

I uninstalled Google Desktop Search, and cleaned out all files and folders
related to Google Desktop Search. However, whenever I start Outlook, an error
message pops up, saying: "The add-in "C:\Program Files\Google Desktop
Search\GoogleDesktopO..." could not be installed or loaded. This problem may
be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu. Unable to load
"C:\Program Files\Google Desktop S...". You may be out of memory, out of
system resources, or missing a .dll file."

I did Detect and Repair and it didn't solve the problem. I contacted Google,
and they are not replying at all. I don't know what I can do at this point.

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mary, thanks so much. Although you talked bout IE, it actually applies to
Outlook as well.
