Can Not make relationship in ER diagram.. Pls Help..

Hi All,

I am using Visio for enterprise architect to draw ER diagram. Once I open
the file in Visio 2000 Professional and save it. Then I open it again in my
computer with Visio for enterprise architect.

The problem is :
Now I cannot make relationship / foreign key in the diagram. When I drag the
relationship shape into the parent or child table, the table Never Outlined
(usually in Red).
Why is this happen ? what can I do to fix this ?

This is really odd behavior that I've never heard of. Can you send your
model that exhibits this behavior on Enterprise Architect? You can send it
to (e-mail address removed) with nospam removed from the address.

You can also try to hold down control key when you drag the connection point
(one end of the relatioinship line) over to the entity shape. If that
works, there may be some type of change in your EA configuration which
somehow disabled dynamic connection.
