Can not open Access Db

I was working in my access Db when windows crashed. I
rebooted my system and tried to open my access DB again
and I'm receiving an error telling me

"You or another usermay have unexpecttedly quit Access
while Access database was open. Do you want to Access to
attempt to rpair the DB? I click yes and I receive an
error telling me invalid password.

I know the password is correct. Please help.....
