Can not open out look after reinstalled...

Whenever I start Outlook (2002 OfficeXP), an error comes and I cant open it.
The error is :
"Failed to register a VB DLL. reinstall or run rgesvr32.exevbscript.dll to
self register. The Key 'displayname' is either missing or has an incorect
value .

I had reinsteled XP sp1 and upgrate to sp2 and all other program are running
rightly.
Help me whit this matter please

This can be a registry issue. Please read the KB article below.

registry settings, and then reinstall Office.

To do this, follow these steps:
1. Download, install, and then run the Windows Installer CleanUp utility to
remove the Windows Installer registry settings that are associated with your
Office installation. The following file is available for download from the
Microsoft Download Center:
msicuu2.exe

To use the Windows CleanUp utility, follow these steps:
a. Click Start, point to Programs, and then click Windows Install Clean Up.
b. Select the program that you want to remove, and then click Remove.
c. Click OK, and then click Exit.

you need to reinstall the office package.

Thanks very much fot your help I did every thing you sugested but the problem
is still present, what else can I try?. It was after I installed
incredimail, do you thing it may be related or so.
