Hi,
I have a user who's trying to open a signed message in Outlook 2003 w/ SP2.
He's getting the following message:
Can't open this item. Your Digital ID name can not be found by the
underlying security system.
He does have a digital id installed, but why is Outlook looking for his id
when he's trying to read a signed e-mail from someone else? The e-mail can
be read fine in OWA.
Thanks in advance,
Henry
