can not print emails, script error line line 1344 char 1

I can no longer print my message from outlook. When I try to print I get an
error message that pops us stating, error has occurred in the script on this
page. Then it states line: 1344, Char: 1, Error: unspecified error,
URL:res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

I have no clue as to why all of a sudden I'm getting this. Can anyone
please help
