Can not print from Project

I have a user who can print from MS word and other applications but can not
print from Project to several printers. She can not print from Project only
for some reason, the error is below...
"The printer isn't working. Check your printer connections, and then try
again."

The printer works and I have tried setting another default printer and get
the same error (Once again that printer can print from Word and other
applications but not Project.) For some reason Project won't let her print.
