Can not publish a changed home page, please help me

Hi, my website is www. artherapie.biz.
I have tried to refresh, contact my server, delete my old homepage from the
server (no sucess there). If you go feel like looking on the website, the
home page has got a white background, this is not the one I want as my
default, I would like the one that you get on cliking on the button "accueil"
which has a blue background.
I have tried republishing the whole thing many times. I have tried this for
2 weeks....Could anyone help me? I am using FrontPage 2000. Thanks in advance!
