can not reinstall office 2003

Halex

I am trying to reinstall Office 2003, but I keep getting the following
messaege: "This package could not be opened. Verify that the patch package
exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to
verify that this a valid Windows Installer patch package" and " The
installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source
exists and that you can access it.". This is a legal copy, I have uninstalled
it from C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11, and I tried safe mode. I
tried to repair, but nothing works. Thanks for any help what so ever.
