As Exchange Administrator, we frequently add additional mailboxes to assist
users with various issues. One of my administrators added a mailbox to their
profile and everyone worked fine. The problem is they are unable to remove
that user's mailbox. When they go to "Tools -> Email Accounts -> Change ->
More Settings -> Advanced", the mailbox is not listed. However, when they
open up Outlook, the mailbox appears under their normal Inbox. We tried
adding and removing the user's mailbox but we have the same problem.
