can not see word 07 files sent from window vista client.

what files, updates, security patches needs to be installed on my pc which
has XP XP2 and office 03 installed, so that i can able to see word 2007 files
sent from window vista client.
seems like i have compatibility issue, need urgent help

Hi Shah,

You can install the MS Office 2007 compatability pack v2 to be able to open Office 2007 documents (not templates) saved in the MS
Open Office file formats.

If you've installed an Office/Windows major update in the last several months you may get a prompt to install that compatability
pack if you try to open an Office 2007 file.
